H2O Cafe, Ipswich, UK H2O, run by the C-Y-M, can be found at ‘The Key’, every Friday night*, running from 8 until 10pm. We went down to see what was happening. ‘Thursday’s Child’ were the special guests, a 5-piece band from Ipswich who have been together for 4 years. They entertained us with a mix of Lena Marlin, Travis and the Corrs. Entry to H2O is free , but tickets are sometimes needed when they have special guests. H2O wil also host a Northern-style bar quiz, and a karoke and disco evening is planned nearer to Christmas. The next upcoming band is ‘Apocalypse’ . H2O is aimed at youth, not just the under 18’s , so get down there and enjoy the friendly atmosphere, relax, make some new mates and grab a bite to eat. There are also TV’s, a pooltable, table footie and stage for everyone’s use. (Pooltable is 40p and table footie is 20p) H2O sells a range of drinks, hot food and snacks , so take a peek at the price list below to see what you fancy… Drinks..
