NBA Live 2001- PSOne - £39.99 from EA -  Out Now

Yet another good game from EA Sports, and believe me, with more moves than ever before and other cool features - it's good.

When you first get this game you'll find it hard - but stick with it!. (when I first got it I stayed up for 24 hours to play on it!).

When the game loads up, you'll see 7 options. Firstly there's the exhibition mode were you play a sort of friendly game between two teams. Then there is the Season Mode....well, you can work that one out for yourself! It takes a long time to finish one season because there are a lot of matches (and then you have to complete the playoffs!).

You can show off your 3 point skills downtown, and go one on one with the man himself: Michael Jordan (I tried it but you can't even get near to the basket!). There's a practice mode where you can play solo and improve on your skills. The NBA Draft mode, lets you negotiate for the hottest players in the NBA (a bit of a transfer thing). Last but not least is the NBA Live Challenge - this is where certain tasks reap cool rewards.

In this game, You can steal the ball in defence and pass it to the offence so you can SLAM-DUNK the ball in the hoop and score 2 points.... or you can jump up and try to block the other team's 3-pointer!.

You do have a option before the game to say how long you want each quarter to be - 2 minutes to a maximum of 12 - so choose wisely because you could be sitting there for 48 minutes!

So what do I think?  Well, it’s a good game but it could have better graphics and better commentary (because it does get very repetitive). My final word? It's the best game I have got at the mo.

4/5 - If the graphics were only a bit better....
