FIFA 2000

In FIFA 99 the graphics were kick-ass, but with FIFA 2000 they have stuck it right up there, with more facial animations and celebrations so brill, you can really rub it in when you are 5-0 up and wiping the floor with your best mate.

There are more classic teams to choose from and more classic matches to play - so you can finally take part in all those great golden oldie games like England Vs Germany in 1966! This game's graphics are just soooo good, making the whole football experience more realistic and believable. So, for instance, when you go into a tackle you really get the feeling that you're right there on the pitch!

Another good feature in this game is that you can fake an injury from a bad tackle. The move after this is incredibly funny and leads to the player lying on the floor, trying to get a free kick by play-acting, just like real Football. Sometimes it works and sometimes you get sent off.

You can make your own cup or league or you can be any team and fix up the matches yourself, but there are some bad points to his game. One is that the commentary repeats itself over and over and over and over... but that happens in every footy game so hopefully in the next FIFA game they will think about the commentary being a bit different.

I give this game 11/10
