My Two Sentons - Wrestling News Hi, I'm Chris J, I'm going to be giving you the latest wrestling news, and, my own opinions on a whole range of issues in wrestling. Don't worry, I'm not just a fan that believes that wrestling is still real and I also don't usually get drawn into liking or disliking a wrestler just because of his current story line, so this news will be what you want to read. I'll be giving you: - Behind the scenes info that you don't get from watching the shows.
- Not just about what characters will do in their next match but how things really are in the WWF.
- Things such as their attitudes.
- How the back room staff think they are doing and how popular they are with the writers.
- I won't start saying what happens on RAW is WAR and SmackDown! because I don't like it when other people ruin it for me so I'm not going to do the same to you
WWF News - Mark Henry has been working hard in the feeder federation to the WWF, Ohio Valley Wrestling. He has lost around 95lbs and is now around 323lbs, down from 415lbs. Apparently the WWF are very impressed with his motivation and attitude but his in-ring package needs some work. There are rumours, and these are just rumours circulating that he may make a return at Wrestlemania XVII, possibly to face the Big Show, or a new comer like Justin Credible.
- There are possibilities of a William Reagle/Al Snow feud over the commisionership of the WWF, this in turn could mean the return of former commish Mick Foley.
- K-Kwik will be out for about 3 weeks with a severely broken rib. Scotty 2 Hotty will also be limited as to what he can do for the next few months because of a bulging disc in his back. This should mean that Grand Master Sexay can do some singles wrestling while his partner is out.
- There's good news for all you Hardyz fans, there's no plans to split them up any time soon. Also not so good news for all you Matt Hardy fans, there's still plenty of life in the Matt Hardy-Lita story line. This means that the writers will be able to look at a whole range of ways that this plot could go.
- Paul Heyman, owner of ECW is the commentator with JR on RAW. Although there's nothing in writing, it looks to me like there will be an ECW invasion of the WWF, especially with the recent influx of ECW talent.
- It looks like it might be a while before the whole King-Kat issue dies down. There are over 12,000 signatures on the Save-the-Kat petition, and it certainly looks like they won't be returning for a while yet.
My Thoughts and Opinions on What's Happening at the Mo' in WWF - I was disappointed to see King and the Kat leave but hey, change can be a good thing.
- I personally think that the return of Mark Henry could be a good thing. He sounds like he is in shape and they could come up with some very entertaining angles for him.
- I'm wondering how long the Kane-Undertaker partnership can last. If the past is anything to go by then I would say that a split is imminent.
Well that's all for this round up of Wrestling news, if you have opinions of your own or wanna get in touch about Wrestling then e-mail editor@pupiline.net and I'll get the e-mails. I look forward to hearing from you. -Chris J
