Thai Boxing

I doubt if any of us can recall the amount of times that we've all started fitness regimes and sports. THEN eventually given up a few days later for the sake of a night of watching telly and eating cream cakes. Well they taste a lot nicer than a dry mouth and dripping sweat!

Congratulations to all of you who have stuck with an exercise plan you must be a saint! But for the rest of us what can we do?

The best way I found to keep fit and stick to it is to enrol yourself in a class but one that is very different and exciting. Yes, believe it or not exercise can be exciting or interesting!

Choose anything from Contemporary Dance to Gymnastics, from Thai-Chi to Yoga. Anything that tickles your fancy! It might cost a small amount of cash. But if you've paid up front you won't want to miss a class otherwise you'll waste your money.

By doing this you'll get fit, learn a new skill and probably make loads of new mates!

I decided to choose Thai Boxing so I popped along to a local class and had a chat to the instructor Richard Ford.
