Keeping Legal...

It's really hard at the moment to judge whether something that you do could lead to you being in trouble with the law. That's not just people acting dodgy and breaking laws but also if you are defending yourself from attack or stopping a crime happening or even having a good time like at a night-club or house party. So when are you breaking the law?

The law always assumes that you know what it is, we are always told that ignorance is no defence. If you're breaking it then you can face the consequences but do you know when you're straying close to the edge?

The law can also protect you without you knowing it, like when you buy stuff, when you're working, living on your own or when you're on a night out. These are the kind of laws that you should know to stay safe and stay happy.

Do you know where you stand with the law when it comes to having sex, buying goods and products, using and buying drugs, alcohol and cigarettes, leaving home and going out? No..well none of us at pupiline did either till we wrote this section, so don't worry if you don't know your laws from your elbow as we 're here to help.

So in Keeping Legal we will be guiding you through this confusing world to get on top of where you stand with the law.
