ICQ is, without a doubt, the most used instant messaging program where I live. It does just about everything you could want a instant messaging program to do, from telling you when your friends are online, so you can chat to them, to letting you send SMS messages from your computer to your friends mobile phones. It is also World-Wide so everybody can use it. So check it out and use it, if you're not already on it all the time, like me and my mates.

The Olympics may be over but now it's time for the Paralympics and Sydney and Australia are still very alive with excitement. Australia is hoping to do very well at these games, with talk of topping the Paralympic medal tally. At the moment we are doing very well, with 19 gold in only four and a bit days. Great Britain are also doing very well, currnetly fifth on the tally.
