Pop Update 15...The Latest Reviews from the World of Pop

: Absolutely Fantastic, A must have

: Really Good, Buy It

: Worth a listen

: Give it a miss

: Whose bright idea was this

Robbie Williams – Supreme

I love this song. It’s another upbeat, slightly darker song than "Rock DJ" but I still love it. It’s got an amazing chorus, a brilliant verse and just shows what Robbie is made of. The video is really good as well – it goes to show that Robbie 'most definitely does Rock DJ'. (sorry). :-)

Keith and Shane – Girl You Know It’s True

I’m not quite sure what to make of this song. I know it’s a song, a funny song, with Keith and Shane "rapping" like the 'Vanilla Ice' boys. It does make me smile – cringe in fact, as I don’t like admitting that I’m a pretty large Boyzone fan when they release songs like this. Oh alright – it’s quite good.

Kylie – Please Stay

I was a big fan of Kylie’s when I was…6. After she did 'Kids' with 'Robbie' my faith in Kylie was completely restored. Although not quite as good as 'Kids' and nowhere near as good as "I Should Be So Lucky" (I’m sorry again) I really like this song. It’s a good, solid upbeat dance track with a chorus that will either have you singing along to it or it will definitely drive you insane.

Craig Phillips – At This Time Of Year

When I first heard this song I thought – "Oh dear...NO". Don’t get me wrong – I still hate it with a fiery passion but I suppose it should do well in the charts. The lyrics are nice and Christmassy but Eminem deserves to be knocked off the number one slot by someone worthy not a guy that became famous from spending some time in a house.

Remember, as the prestigious prize of Christmas Number One looms closer, every single sold counts, so go out there and buy them. So do you really want to look back in forty years time and remember "Bob The Builder" at number one?
