"I guess there is a fine line between what many consider bullying, and a bit of a joke at someone else's expense. The boot's been on both feet with me. What I considered to be a laugh with a class clown, could well have been considered to be be picking on him. On the other hand what many guys in the year above me thought was their own little bit of fun, I considered to be bullying.

Therefore with the politics of school and colleges as they are, when you go to parent or teachers for help, it can often fall on deaf ears, because to them thats the way the world is.
