Surveys show that about 15 percent of people aged 12-18 and about 30 percent of adults aged 18-35 skip breakfast.

Did you know that breakfast contributes significant nutrients and calories to your diet? Studies show that nutrients missed by skipping breakfast are not made up for in subsequent meals.
